What I loved most about the look from Erika Peña was its unique design and attention to detail. The outfit fit me perfectly and truly reflected my personality—it felt elegant, confident, and authentic all at once. Honestly, I would love to have this suit in my own wardrobe because I enjoyed wearing it so much. My most memorable moment was witnessing the teamwork behind the show. I loved seeing everyone come together, supporting one another and working toward a shared vision. The energy backstage, the preparation before stepping onto the runway, and the strong sense of unity made the experience truly special. What inspires me most are creative experiences that make me feel alive. I love being part of artistic projects, collaborating with talented people, and contributing to something beautiful. Modeling has given me the opportunity to express creativity, work with incredible teams, and help bring inspiring visions to life.

The look I presented offered a fresh interpretation of elevated streetwear. The textured top, defined by its sculptural, fluid silhouette, was paired with shorts featuring intricate, detailed stitching—creating a balance between structure and ease. Bringing this look to life as part of Dallas Fashion Week was an honor. Being selected for this opportunity felt once-in-a-lifetime; Dallas Fashion Week continues to provide meaningful exposure for emerging designers and models, and joining that lineage on such a monumental occasion was truly special. The event brought together the Dallas community, transforming the evening into a shared experience where designers could showcase their work while guests enjoyed a vibrant, family-friendly celebration of fashion and creativity.

I presented a look by Estaz. This avant-garde gown featured a structured, strapless bodice crafted from a natural, burlap-inspired fabric, elevated with shimmering beadwork and sculptural white detailing that traced the neckline and hips. The dramatic skirt unfolded into elongated woven fringe panels that moved fluidly with every step, creating a striking interplay of texture, motion, and volume. Earthy tones, combined with futuristic craftsmanship, gave the piece a bold, high-fashion runway presence.
Being part of Dallas Fashion Week was truly an honor and an unforgettable experience. The adrenaline of walking the runway is an indescribably euphoric feeling—every gaze fixed on you, every step intentional. I love living fully in that moment; it brings a sense of confidence and presence that stays with me long after I step off the runway. I started modeling at 12, and now at 17, opportunities like these continue to fuel my passion. Meeting new people, building connections, and gaining deeper exposure to the industry are what keep me motivated and focused on growth. I’m deeply grateful for everything this journey in modeling has given me, both professionally and personally.
One of the most memorable moments of the evening was watching the screening. The film was captivating, and as someone within the modeling industry, experiencing it alongside others who share the same passion made it even more meaningful. Watching The Devil Wears Prada 2 with people who truly understand and love fashion made the entire experience feel more immersive, inspiring, and unforgettable.

The look I presented was designed by Erika Peña and featured an elegant off-white satin two-piece set, defined by a fluid, elongated silhouette that moved effortlessly across the runway. The softness and richness of the fabric felt timeless and cinematic, making it a natural fit for the atmosphere of the evening. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week represents growth, artistry, and creative connection for me. It is inspiring to be surrounded by individuals who are passionate about fashion and storytelling, all while continuing to push the industry forward in Texas. My first reaction was a blend of excitement and gratitude. The concept felt elevated and distinct from a traditional runway show, and I immediately knew it would become a creatively defining experience. The collaboration between B&B Theatres and Dallas Fashion Week brought fashion into a space where emotion, performance, and visual storytelling could coexist, making the entire evening immersive and memorable. To me, a successful model today is defined by far more than appearance alone. Adaptability, professionalism, emotional presence, and the ability to connect with both audience and creative vision are essential. In today’s industry, authenticity carries real weight—people connect most with those who bring confidence, individuality, discipline, and genuine passion to their work both on and off the runway. Thank you again for including me in such a beautiful production.

I wore a design by Ece The Devil Wears Prada 2 exclusive screening —a black dress layered with a black leather jacket detailed with floral patterns. The contrast of structure and softness created a bold yet feminine statement, perfectly suited for the evening. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week is always a privilege. I value the environment, the people I’m surrounded by, and the opportunity to wear such beautiful pieces while expressing different sides of myself. When I received the invitation to participate in The Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere hosted by B&B Theatres in collaboration with Dallas Fashion Week, I didn’t hesitate. I genuinely enjoy going to the theater with my family, and this experience allowed me to merge that personal joy with my passion for fashion. It was also a meaningful opportunity to connect with others, step outside of my comfort zone, and engage with new people in a creative and supportive space. My journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve faced criticism, comparison, and moments where others tried to diminish my confidence. I also experienced bullying growing up, which made self-assurance something I had to actively build. But those experiences didn’t break me—they strengthened my determination. Instead of discouraging me, they pushed me to work harder and stay focused on my goals. Dallas Fashion Week has felt like a true community—one that has supported my growth not only as a model, but as a person. It has reminded me that individuality is powerful, that every part of who I am has value, and that self-expression should never be something to hide. Thank you again, Dallas Fashion Week, for inviting me to The Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere.

I wore a chic brown suit dress designed by Nigerian fashion designer Estaz, known for creating sustainable fashion pieces that merge intentional design with modern elegance. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the growing Dallas fashion industry. The organization serves as a dynamic platform for both local and international designers to showcase their work and connect with a wider creative community, including models, photographers, stylists, and artists. As both an actor and model, I was honored to serve as the MC for this event, as it brought together two of my greatest passions—film and fashion. I believe both industries share a deep creative connection rooted in storytelling, imagination, and expression, and each continues to inspire and elevate the other. Personally, I truly enjoyed celebrating a film that brings together creatives across both worlds. Hearing the audience’s reactions throughout the screening was almost as engaging as the film itself. On a professional level, I was grateful for the opportunity to network with fellow fashion and film professionals. It is always inspiring to connect with individuals who share similar passions and creative drive. Pushing myself outside of my comfort zone has played a significant role in my growth and confidence. I wouldn’t be where I am today if I hadn’t challenged myself, even in moments of fear or uncertainty. I’ve also learned the importance of patience and persistence. Building a career takes time, and progress is not always immediate. Embracing that reality has helped me stay grounded, focused, and committed to continuing to work as hard as necessary to build a meaningful and lasting career in the industries I care deeply about.

I was a junior-high girl growing up in deep East Texas, where fashion was mostly functional, when I first saw—and fell in love with—The Devil Wears Prada. It has remained one of my top five favorite films ever since, and my appreciation for it has only deepened over time. To me, the relationship between fashion and art extends far beyond aesthetics. Both challenge social norms, explore identity, and communicate cultural narratives. A fashion editorial photograph can evoke emotion in the same way a painting does, while a couture collection can comment on politics, history, beauty standards, or personal freedom. As a model, participating in fashion means contributing to a collaborative artistic process, and I was beyond excited to be part of that process at Dallas Fashion Week’s The Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere event. The way styling, lighting, makeup, posing, and garment construction came together created a truly runway-worthy, immersive experience. I cannot express my continued gratitude for being part of such a meaningful and fun-filled night.

I had the opportunity to showcase a bold and beautiful dress by Estaz. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week was an incredible experience and a meaningful opportunity to collaborate with talented creatives in bringing their artistic visions to life. It allowed me to express creativity through vision, culture, and storytelling. For me, fashion is deeply meaningful—it reflects emotion, confidence, and self-expression, and serves as a powerful form of storytelling. There is something truly special about communicating a narrative through a piece of art and embodying it on the runway. One of the most memorable parts of Dallas Fashion Week was the chance to work alongside so many creatives. The support and collaboration between designers, models, hairstylists, and makeup artists is what truly sustains and elevates the fashion industry.

Dallas Fashion Week represents growth, creativity, and community for me. It is a space where fashion, art, and individuality come together, while providing both emerging and established talent with a platform to be seen. As a model, it represents opportunity—not only to walk, but to connect, collaborate, and continue evolving within the industry. Being part of that environment is a constant reminder that fashion is rooted in storytelling and in creating moments that inspire. Right now, I am focused on continuing to build my modeling career across commercial, fashion, and runway spaces, while remaining open to opportunities that challenge me creatively. My goal is to further develop my portfolio, collaborate with brands and creatives whose vision aligns with my own, and expand into larger campaigns and editorial work. More than anything, I am excited to keep growing, refining my craft, and seeing where this journey continues to lead. Dallas Fashion Week is also helping spotlight Texas as a serious and evolving fashion market. It creates meaningful opportunities for local designers, models, photographers, and creatives to showcase their work while building connections that extend beyond the region. Events like this strengthen the fashion community, encourage innovation, and highlight that fashion in Texas carries its own distinct voice and growing influence on a broader scale.

The look I presented was by Lamesk8. It was a beautiful sheer gown adorned with sequins and finished with a long train that moved elegantly down the runway. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week means a great deal to me. Simply being in rooms with like-minded people is something truly inspiring. The network Dallas Fashion Week has built is incredible and continues to open doors for creatives across the industry. The energy throughout the event was fun, uplifting, and positive. From hair and makeup teams to fellow models, everyone was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely kind. Dallas fashion is on the rise and continues to gain recognition each year. Dallas Fashion Week does an incredible job of highlighting the talent within the city and providing opportunities to work alongside some of the top professionals in the country.

The look I presented felt bold, elevated, and confident, carrying a dramatic sense of luxury that matched the energy of The Devil Wears Prada experience. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week represents growth, creative expression, and the opportunity to showcase individuality through fashion.
I am creatively inspired by self-expression, transformation, and the confidence that fashion brings out in people. I love the artistry behind runway presentations, beauty, and luxury fashion, and I am constantly inspired by the process of evolving into the best version of myself.
Stepping into the spotlight felt surreal and exhilarating. In that moment, I felt confident, powerful, and fully connected to the energy of the runway. It was more than just walking—it felt like embodying art, emotion, and presence all at once.

The look I presented was a burlesque-inspired yet refined unisex suit by Lamesk8, accented with striking red pearls by Matt Harris. The final ensemble captured the essence of The Devil Wears Prada franchise in a bold and elevated way. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week represents the belief that fortune favors the bold, the persistent, and the prepared. The atmosphere was a dynamic, fast-paced symphony of creatives, with everyone contributing at the highest level toward a shared goal of delivering an exceptional experience. It offered a glimpse into the power Dallas holds as an emerging force in the world of fashion and entertainment.

Rachel Sokoloff

The look I presented showcases the raw elegance women carry every day. My designer transformed ordinary potato bags into a tailored double-breasted jacket designed to be worn as a dress, paired with a separate skirt constructed entirely from the unraveled strings of the bags, twisted together to create thicker, textural strands. The result was a highly crafted piece designed to make any woman who wears it feel like that woman—confident, powerful, and undeniable. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week represents creation to me. It is about being surrounded by individuals who each hold unique roles, yet come together to execute a cohesive, elevated experience that leaves a lasting impression. Every person involved transforms fashion into a living art exhibition filled with expression, intention, and creativity. I was overfilled with joy and excitement when I was invited to participate in the The Devil Wears Prada 2 pre-screening fashion experience with Dallas Fashion Week, in partnership with B&B Theatres. It was truly an honor to be part of such a unique event, where we were able to step into the film’s universe in real time. Everything DWP2 represents felt perfectly aligned with the evening, welcoming guests through a live display of stunning designs paired with a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience. Confidence is one of the defining qualities of a model today. You can wear anything with confidence. While many technical skills can be learned through practice, repetition, and experience, you must be mentally present before you can fully embody the role physically. Other essential qualities include openness to collaboration, a positive attitude, strong time management, clear communication, discipline in caring for your body, and consistently putting in the work—even outside of shows.

For The Devil Wears Prada 2 event with DFW, my look was centered on showcasing Texas talent and collaboration. I wore a handmade dress by the owner of Lamesk8, elevated with a statement boa originally created for Miss USA swim competition, and finished with a pearl necklace by jeweler Matt Harris, whose pieces have been worn by artists such as Britney Spears. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week means platforming the designers and creatives who make Texas fashion fearless. It is a space where emerging voices are taken seriously, and I’m proud to represent a community that proves the most exciting fashion isn’t limited to New York or Los Angeles—it exists right here in Texas. My personal style leans monochrome, with black, white, and silver as my foundation, layered with statement pops of color and unexpected, chic elements that disrupt the clean aesthetic. On the runway, that translates into a neutral walk paired with sharp poses and a subtle edge of intensity. Looking ahead, I recently received a callback to attend an in-person Victoria’s Secret casting, which will be filmed across all casting locations. Regardless of the outcome, it feels like a valuable and exciting opportunity.

The look I presented was a combination of confidence, elegance, and individuality. I aimed for my presence on the runway to reflect both strength and authenticity, while still allowing the designer’s vision to remain at the forefront. Being part of Dallas Fashion Week represents an exciting opportunity for growth, creativity, and connection within the fashion industry. It means a great deal to be surrounded by talented designers, models, and artists who share a deep passion for fashion and self-expression. It is also a meaningful milestone in my journey, and an experience I am truly grateful for.
I would define my personal style as classy, confident, and versatile. I enjoy blending modern trends with timeless pieces to create looks that feel both current and authentic to who I am. That sense of confidence and individuality directly shapes my runway presence, helping me feel poised, comfortable, and expressive while walking. I believe personal style extends beyond clothing—it is also the energy, intention, and confidence you bring into every moment.
I was inspired to pursue modeling because I have always admired the creativity, confidence, and storytelling within the fashion industry. Modeling offers a way to express artistry while encouraging others to embrace their uniqueness. My journey so far has been both exciting and challenging, but every experience has contributed to my personal and professional growth. I have learned the importance of confidence, resilience, and discipline, and I am excited to continue building my career while embracing new opportunities and experiences.
