A cityscape reflected upon the water, teetering on the edge of abstraction and definition. The composition skillfully portrays constancy amid change—the stationary structures of the city stand against the dynamic interplay of light and reflection on the water’s surface. Dominant shades of blue suggest both the depth of the water and the vastness of the sky, while earthy browns and gold hues in the buildings convey a sense of eternal history and the flow of time. This piece invites the viewer to ponder the continuous stream of life and the steadfastness of existence within it.
